Re-doing kitchen cabinets

I am going to re-do replace my kitchen cabinets with new ones.

Could someone tell me roughly how much would it cost for an L-shaped , approximately 15 ft lower, and 15 ft upper cabinets, including cost of dismantling and disposing  of the old one, attaching new sink and faucet (my own sink and faucet, cooker and hood) if with (a) post-form laminate top (b) solid surface?

And any reliable carpenter/ contractor to recommend?

not too sure of dismantling and removing cost, but was quoted around 110$ PFR for kitchen cabinets, so around $200 PFR with quartz countertop.
