can change 15A switch socket to 1 way touch switch for induction hob?

Buying induction hob, 15A, instead of changing to 15A switch socket and 15A plug, can i change the original 3 pin socket to 1 way touch(20A) switch to on my induction hob.

Like that not wire will be see.

is it possible?

yes, since the switch is higher Ampere, it should be ok. I change my hob 3pin plug to connect to my legrand switch too.
