Problem with my reno

Hi guys,

signed up just to get some adv with my current reno issues.

After going through a few ID/contractors, I decided to go with a friends friend. Everything was going quite well and the reno is almost done albeit delays here and there. What's left is some touch up all around the house and the cleaning. Unfortunately, their attitudes have taken a turn for the worse and they don't seem interested in completing this project. Project manager told me he handed over everything to the contractor, contractor told me his brother is handling the touch up & asked me to contact him ( I have never liaised with the brother througout the whole project), after I did no news at all.

it's quite annoying that it's this close but they are not replying my messages or queries.  Even after reading it on WA. 

Not sure what's going on but I need to move in soon, est completion date was end of may then pushed to early June. 

Do note I have only made one payment which is 50% as requested in initial contract.
