2) At least 2 painters per job site, completion in 2-3 days for HDB apartments. 

3) Systematic process flow:

1. Delivery of paint 1 working day before actual start date
2. Shift and cover up of all your furnitures before painting
3. Application of sealer
4. Application of paint (2 coats)
5. Clean up and handover
6. Final touch-up if required

4) Dedicated touch-up team to follow through to ensure that you have a good after-sales service.

Whatever you do, don't hire a chap called Kerrick Ang  -  mobile number 98477370. His painter was crap. Removed the top coat of my parquet floor in several places and sprinkled paint all over my furniture.

Those who have hired this chap and had a horrible experience with his painter might want to get in touch with me.
