Contractor/ ID

Hi all,

I just received my keys to my 5room bto premium flat. I haven't found an ID or contractor that i like. Most ID quoted me 40k which exceeded my budget (30 -35k include overlay of 2 bathrooms) and some told me that they are unable to complete before chinese new year. Can anyone intro their contractor or ID that is able to finish before cny and with good workmanship?

You can try to contact andrew @ 97493006. I think they are able to rush for new year.
