Tml7788 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2018 For those people intending to buy Saporini sofa from Harvey Norman, please beware, their sofa warranty sucks. I purchased the Saporini full leather sofa directly imported from Italy 2 years ago. I paid more than $5500 for the sofa that came with 3 years warranty for the leather and sofa filling. But after 2 years, the sofa foam started to sag. So I reported the problem to Harvey Norman. But more than 3 months, my problem is still not solved and worse is the customer service officer by the name of Singh said they did not know how to solve the problem. What a joke is this when Harvey Norman is a furniture company and yet tell me cannot solve sofa filling problem. Until now, there is no status update from the customer service. My next step will be report to CASE. For those people, beware and don’t buy the Saporini sofa , before you buy, promised everything under the sky, when there is problem, no update and keep delay reply.
