Yesterday i dropped by a under-renovation unit in Henderson Rd, with my customers family Kepo Kepo there,

i saw the inner concrete sink support invented by me copy cat by others, well, not sure why i feel happy about it, taking a close look and found that the design has some mistake, should i teach them further or not :P

Then i asked the house owner who is her ID company and how much is the total renovation cost? she said it's $50K plus and next moment i saw the promotion Flyer pasting on her main door-

Attractive BTO Renovation Package:

3 Room $7380

5 Room $9580

i asked  her what is her room size, she replied it's a 3 Room and why an't $7380 but $50K?

She wisely replied say she have added additional.... :good:

Guys, if Tiler Seng provide:

Attractive BTO Renovation Package:

i think my showroom will be Queuing till MacDonald,  and I will promise you will not end up here at $8888 :good:

Ronald is very professional in his job. Great advice given and able to maximize usage of every corner in the house. No hidden costs at all.... in fact, he helped to cut unnecessary renovations.
I recommended Ronald to 3 of my siblings when they moved to their new house. And they all liked his workmanship and reasonable pricings.
Excellent!!! Keep it up.

Modern interior design by Singapore professionals

Johannes van Graan Johannes van Graan 20 September, 2018

Today’s piece of inspiration comes from Singapore-based Designer House. Incorporated in 1999, this interior-design company has been commissioned to design and decorate numerous residential and commercial projects.

A quick look at the company’s portfolio will showcase projects detailing everything from tiling, carpentry and electrical works to ceiling designs, painting, and interior design makeovers. And although based in Singapore, Designer House’s expertise has also led to them expanding their company to Hong Kong, Macau and Shanghai.

Let’s have a look at some examples that detail the high-quality works and commitment to excellence one can expect when working with Designer House.

A fresh living space

Designer House

Walking into this enticing living room is like a breath of fresh air. All of the right interior design touches have been included: clever layout, buckets of natural light, a firm commitment to artificial lighting, adequate seating options, and a colour palette that includes just the right amount of tints and patterns to avoid looking dull.

Notice how the red of the scatter cushions complements the warm hues of the wood, striking a firm balance with the neutral/earthy tones of the room.

A more contemporary design

Although equally stylish and inviting, the second living room flaunts a much more contemporary approach to design. However, the ‘too sleek’ look is skilfully avoided by including lots of delicious texture, especially on the focal wall behind the television – is there anything better than textured stone to include character and detail in a room?

He has excelled on all counts for professional delivery - quality work, dependabilty and reasonable fee Despite my project being a very small one, he still delivered excellent outcome without discrimination. I have engaged Ronald from Designer House to re-renovate my kitchen & 2 toilets after being satisfied with his services 20 years ago. He was always patient to make changes we requested during the renovation. He has made a good transformation to my country style kitchen to a modern one and also created a stylish look to my 2 toilets.

An interesting project, My ex-boss's customer's Niece BTO flat somewhere in our island, She Booked me three years back and we have talked about design and budget right before key collection, and everything get easier with a lead direction.

we will replace the wall border to white. We think that the kitchen is too limited space, we want to enlarge it by taking into Service Balcony space.
