“Noisy” renovation works

Hi all, need some advice. I’m currently renovating my unit and we r doing the usual Reno works like tiling, knocking, ceiling n carpentry works. My neighbour finds it very noisy and complains to MCST/ my ID every other day. She insists that we get her permission on timings/dates to carry out the “noisy” works. Even threatened to serve us lawyer’s letter claiming mental anxiety caused by the renovation noises. We have a permit to work and have been abiding to the timing for Reno works. Any fellow readers out there encountered the same issue? Keen to hear your advice & experiences.
