Has anyone had a replacement contractor and replacement architects before? Any good and reliable contacts?

it your project is almost done, it's very hard to find another contractor or architect to take over. also even if you manage to find one, you will still need to pay the services of your existing architect and contractor based on the contract (which I assume you have signed contracts with respective parties).
