Floor is concrete and previous tenant has removed the carpet, but the glue is still on the concrete. From what I understand the process is 1. Adhesive remover to remove the glue from the concrete 2. Wash the concrete 3. Apply some kind of finishing product or sealant to the concrete Does anyone know if this is accurate? I am also looking for recommendation of subcontractor to do this.
