Handyman to remove spoilt kitchen hanger

Hi peeps, need some advice. I installed this hangers at my condo kitchen and now it's spoilt after a few years. I lost the contact as to who installed it for me.

I tried asking a few random contractors to help me remove it but they are not comfortable doing it citing that it will damage the ceiling.

Anyone has any contact that does this?

just take a ladder to climb up and unscrew the screws securing the brackets to the ceiling.

ceiling would most likely be left with some marks from the brackets as well as the holes from the screws and plugs. so depends on whether you want to putty over and paint the ceiling or leave it as it is.

So easy? They said need those big electronic drill which I dont have as the hangers are quite heavy.
