J123456 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2019 Just to share and hope the rest will not go through what i went through. I had very bad experience with this contractor - Top Grading General contractor. But lucky enough i did not agree to do all of the renovation. After comparing a few quotations, we decide to engage the above contractor to do the painting and rewiring of the whole house. The reason why we agreed with this uncle was because he was very confident and very assuring that everything can be done nicely. But in the end all is very badly done.
