How to change battery of my doorbell

Recommended Posts

I have a doorbell my contractor installed 8+ years ago.... recently, the volume became very soft. I suspect it is the battery.

But I cannot open the doorbell to change the battery....

if anybody can help.... thank you in advance

I don't wanna be rude, but how is this still an issue in2021? This door bell looks ancient, why not change it? I mean if you like it then sure, it is not my place to speak. But I wouldn't trust it, and I care a lot about my security. https://www.1800doorbell.com/doorbells/business-chimes/ if you like yours so much, maybe you can find a new one just like your on this website? They also should have batteries, for just in case.
