My friend engaged Ohmyhome agent to sell her flat in Yishun and she checked her transactions on CEA portal and she sold many units and specialized in the area too!

My cousin called me his Dawson road, wanted to sell his hdb there, he checked, mostly market rate 2% - 1% and if the selling price which is there about 900k. So 2% will be 18k com to agent. I said try ohmyhome full-time agent services which is a fix rate range, and if 900k, the service fee only $5,888+gst and they save a lot $ from here.

also don’t think these clones are bots. More like the company’s employee(s) or a marketing company doing all these copy and paste postings which are bordering on being spam

Is it from Aviva insurance company? My friend told me they partner with Ohmyhome and also have a free DYI platform for homeowner to advertise the home at the platform
