I have planned a few things after the outer environments get safer. Please help me with your valuable advice here. Is there a rule of thumb for when it's best to use an aerial lift to place trusses on the wall or if it's okay not to use a crane and just lift them and place them in the hand. The exterior dimensions of the structure are 24 ft X 28 ft. The walls are about 10 feet high from the ground. The trusses are 20 feet wide and 7 inches overhang. The main trusses weigh only 90 pounds and the 2 gable trusses weigh 115 pounds. Would it be safe to rent an aerial lift to just lift them or is it safe to do without them? Thank you for your contribution and your suggestions Edited March 27, 2020 by Kevin Pope
