snoozee 97 Report post Posted June 29, 2020 are you staying on the top floor or is there a neighbour above you? It does seems like some moisture has seeped through the concrete. Last time my flat was on the top floor and I had similar problem as the waterproofing on the roof has partially failed. If yours is not on the top floor, then you may wish to check with your neighbour upstairs on whether they have recently washed the floor or not. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
