GABRIEL TAN CASE CLARIFICATION

On 25th Aug 2020, our first engagement for our Client Gabriel Tan towards the company of RIZQ Engineering & Services Pte Ltd. The Debtor mentions they had make repayments to JMS Roger, claims they have the proof, and all this were captured on our Body Camera Recordings. Another separate Video Recordings on a phone speaker mode, another debtor told the client similar situations.
 

Till date our Client never receive any repayment into his bank account from JMS ROGER.

We are now making our 3rd part final Official Communication with JMS Roger, of a company to company, to clarify the following incident.

Seeking JMS Roger to Clarify on the following:-

- Whether JMS Roger had received repayment from RIZQ Engineering & Services Pte Ltd and if yes what is the total amount?

- The near proximate of events that has happen on 25th Aug 2020 we visited the debtor, 26th Aug 2020 we received the rudely sexual intent to perform fellatio on us and our client, kindly clarify the relationship with the said debtors?

- The whole saga that has involved to what JMS Roger keep mentioning “Ethics”, on the first email to ask us “desist harassing the debtors”, kindly clarify what is the involvement with the said debtors?
