Contractor misplacing components of lighting to be installed

I have a terrible experience with this contractor Charlton Design Pte Ltd. Everything started off well until the finishing part, during the installation of lightings. The supervisor told me that components are missing or damaged in the lighting which I have bought online. Initially I bought her words until the 4th lamp, which i personally saw the missing component before her workers claimed it is missing. Keep blaming online shopping and worst still, blame me for NOT supervising her workers during the installation to ensure that they did not misplace the lighting components. Her attitude makes me sick to my stomach. Don't engage their service if you don't want to experience the same thing as me.
