What happened to Lush Bath&Lights

Hi people, 

  Anyone knows the bath/lights shop at OXLEY bizhub called Lush Bath&Lights? We recently ordered a bunch of stuff (toilet, basin, faucets, etc) from them, but after payment, when my ID called them for delivery, no one pick up anymore and the shop is closed. On the shop door there is a notice saying they are doing stock take on Nov 9th, but now is 14th and still shop is not opening and no one pickup phone. I heard some other customers were affected as well and were asking around for them. 

Is this a case of fraud? Did the shop owner ran away?  Anyone with similar case can share with us what we should do now? Shall we call the police?  Thanks a lot in advance for your advice.
