nana80 0 Report post Posted July 11, 2007 Hi all,After reading this forum for sooo long, I'm finally ONBOARD too.. with my very first blog & sharing more on my new house... Mr & Mrs Wormzzz's house is located in Choa Chu Kang, somewhere v near to the MRT (can hear the MRT & LRT track sounds). Finally, Mr. Wormzzz dun have to complain abt the infrequencies of bus services going forward after we move in since MRT schedules are more predictable.. Sharing more on the house itself, it's a 5A resale flat, about 14 years old, total of 133 sq... There are currently 3 rooms (one of the rooms had been hacked by the previous owner to merge with the MBR to become a WIW). Will share more once d pictures are uploaded.... Due to limited budget, we are DIY-ing a lot of renovation works ourselves to cut down on costs. Currently, we are in d midst of painting the house (left with MBR & two more walls in living wall..). Luckily the previous owner had done up and maintained d house so nicely that we are able to save on renovation costs.. okay.. gtg to start on the painting.. shall share more on the pictures the next time round..
