Hello! Our house just went though a renovation recently and we noticed today that our floor for one of the bedrooms is slanted, when we place a marble at one end of the room it will roll to the other end. You can also see the difference in the gap below the door. We hacked and redid the flooring for the entire house, and are wondering if this is normal, or if it's something we should follow up with the contractor?

floor tiles are never laid perfectly flat. a gradient is needed to allow for water flow.

But this isn't in a bathroom, it's in a bedroom and directs to the wall? The other bedrooms are quite flat as well (marbles won't roll to specific walls like in this room)

all flooring will have a gradient, just how much only. if you really not happy with the amount of gradient then tell your ID or contractor and ask them to redo.
