i level up my balcony and in the process, the hole was sealed up

so putting windows there so that rain won't come in then no mini pool loh

as it has become a part of the living room, won't be washing it anyway !!

I have also put up windows and it is now kinda of part of the living rm now (just than i didn't remove the sliding doors). My concern is that HDB will fault me when I resell my house in the future. What do you think? Possible?

since u're worried, then y not check with HDB? Just drop them a mail and confirm whether they wld fault u in future when u sell your place. IMO, I dun think its an issue.

Yar true. HDB rules tend to change every now and then.

Right now, my balcony is part of my living room, got furniture and such, so will not be washing heavily, just normal mopping and sweeping.

You mean your contractor or ID didn't apply for permit from HDB.

My balcony become part of my living room and we have plan with HDB approval.

Contractors and IDs can get renovation permits and still do wonders... w/o approval.... i got a friend staying in resale 3 rm, all walls hacked clean clean... from 3 rms become 1 big rm. I asked him about the permit and he replied saying want to sell then see how... kaoz..
