The introduction of SkyTerrace@Dawson sees HDB doing away with archetypal flat layouts. This new Build-To-Order (BTO) flat features studio apartments, four-room and five-room flats, and is the first estate by the HDB to offer Flexi-layout and Multi-generational living areas.
It is interesting to see that the HDB takes the feedback of people into consideration, which has resulted in its column and beam free design, making it easy for the homeowners to renovate their space according to their specifications. It even has a separate chute for recyclable items!
