    Thanks Jesse,

    all my lightings (excluding living downlights) cost $920 in total.

    1 resort style hanging dining light

    1 rectangle kitchen light

    3 panadol light for service balcony, 2 toilets

    1 hanging light for common room

    3 different style lights for masteroom (birdnest (sleeping) ceiling square (study) shine down light (passageway) in master room

    1 rectanglar light for wardrobe area.

    1 3ft tube for study area.

    no, it's those that you lay inside your drawers to protect the inner pvc.

    ikea has it in transparent & grey.

    btw:

    i opt for inner color pvc for whole house carpentry except wardrobe.

    more lasting as white will turn yellow after a few years due to regular usage especially kitchen and shoe cabinets.

    90% completed, except Kitchen Tempered Glass and Cleaning up work to be done.

    Yeah, National Day rain! I didn't watch, went Ikea instead to get the kitchen drawer protectors.

    They are more expensive ($7.90) than Budget shops but they last much longer.

    Finally started a T-blog Chat as everyone has been PM-ing me.

    Feel free to post comments or give ideas for my new home.

    I know it's late to start this blog as my reno is 90% completed.

    Design = Exclusive to KopitehC

    Contractor = Inzen Roy

    Quotation = S$26K+

    Final Quotation = to be advised

    Carpentry Done = 12ft wardrobe concept, 4ft personal study cum dresser,

    approx 10ft Shoe Cabinet, Console & Wall Feature.

    Funiture & Electical = S$13K+

    (excluding sofa, fridge, washing machine from previous house)

    mine also prefer the sofa or OUR BED than their bed 8|

    sleep outside the bedroom ah? you put blanket on the floor next to your bed lor..mine will whine the whole nite if they are not allowed to come in :( but i think they also get used to it liao..somemore your gal also aged liao wor..scare she get depressed le..

    ya lor from back he just looked like a cat :sport-smiley-004: from front is a dog..kekeke

    wont lah, when i moved initially,

    she whine for 2 nights, then settle liao.

    sometimes she will try to gek gek come in,,, but she knows that she's not allowed at certain places..

    so she just curl at the corner of the bedroom.

    when its time to sleep, we ask her to go out, she will give us a very sad look but she still guai guai walk out.

    most of my friends like my girl cause she's REALLY easy to train considering she's a jack russell.

    when contractors came, she's like supervisor.

    My reno 90% completed.

    i also think think only. don't think will get the bed cause my girl doesn't sleep in dog beds, she usually enjoy herself on the sofa.

    my previous house, she used to sleep on the bed with us since baby.

    now that i have moved to a new place, i retrained her to sleep outside the bedroom.

    maybe u really do alot of stuffs like hacking and rebuilding walls etc etc

    Mine is 122sq resale 5m

    Rewiring, Plumbing, changing of copper pipes, standard stuffs will definitely be in our quotation.

    Actually is redo whole house

    except flooring for Living Room and all Bedrooms.

    and not touching all the downlights in living room also

    What I did (Major work)

    Hacking 1 bedroom wall to combine 2 rooms to 1

    Seal up 1 door

    Design with Fabricate 12ft wardrobe (with doors) with gysum board

    Top & Bottom 4ft study area

    26ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet

    2 ft full height side cabinet

    Approx 10 feet feature wall which includes shoe cabinet and console

    Hacking and re-lay of 2 Toilets, service balcony, kitchen

    Reconstruct Master toilet to conceal ugly pipings with hollow blocks

    Vanity cabinet and solid top in Master toilet

    Re-Varnishing of existing parquet flooring for Living & all bedrooms

    Painting, redo of affect cornices after rewiring and pulling down of old cabinets etc etc etc

    My initial quotation was approx $26K+

    i think Plus - Minus should be approx $30K inclucing wiring.

    Not sure of the final bill yet as my reno not completed.

    btw: i'm not sure if wiring is including in your quotation but if you are redoing the whole house lightings, maybe its a package.

    mine is separate caclulation.
