Purchase a sound bar today to match the TV.

After the seal up the bathroom door and plastered smooth.

Alan was also great to help suggest we wrap up the shower mixer in-case it get damage or scratches.

When down today to view the house and saw this.. The workers plasting the ceiling did not cover up the new gas water heater.
SHEE!
I rang up Alan and shocking Alan got his workers down to clean it up within 30mins.. Amazing service and thumb up to Alan.
Anyway this gas water heater is from PUB and the very 1st item installed in the house.
Entrance to the bathroom and on the right would be where my washing machine and fridge would be placed.

Installed a smaller aircon unit in our room which we wont really use, as itis a full wardrobe area and marking on the wall to tell the contractors how we want the aircon piping to be run.
Also today we just purchase all the lighting items from www.lighting.com.sg all the PLC down light and T5 are Philips brands.

Kitchen area now doing the installation on wiring.
The cement secreting area would be mounted with a full height black glass.
Window change to white powder coated window in the kitchen.
3The ugly big yellow water pipe would be cover up and below it would be our washing machine & fridge.
I stick to piece of paper there to indicate i need 2 x 13amp switches there for washing machine & fridge.

Waiting for toilet bowl to be installed.
Vanity top would be installed on the extreme right side toward to wall just above the window.
Vanity top would soon take this place and a full height mirror would cover the window.

Door way from master bedroom into the other room which we are going to convert the whole room into a wardrobe room.
Idea and design given by Alan to place our shampoo in the bathroom.

Felt sorry for asking Alan to do this major changes today, but Alan still did it without any complaint..

Now today we decided to seal up the door way as we wanted a full vanity inside the bathroom instead, as having a door way would means, we can only build a small vanity top due to the limited walk way space inside the already small bathroom

Did some major changes to the bathroom, which i show more update tomorrow with photo.
Original from HDB there is no entrance to the bathroom from the master bedroom, so we hack a hole into.
NOW sadly we decided to seal up the entrance into the bathroom from the master bedroom so we could have a bigger bathroom vanity top in L shape.
Work finished today:
1) White windows frame + green glasses installed today.
2) Whole house plaster finished.
Tomorrow would be electrician for wiring and false ceiling.
Monday would be aircon ...

And I think we have the same LG washing machine and Samsung TV as well.

NOW 1 door to enter the bathroom from kitchen area.

Before more work is done, ID Alan also told us to come down today to our home and test if the water will flow right into the drainage if not they will hack and re-do.
Also now i know why our ID rush our to install the aircon frame and window frame even before any work begin.
Because if the aircon frame is not install 1st, once they plaster the wall any removal or installation of the new aircon frame will cause the plaster to be damage.
Plastering work begin today for the next 2 days.

Most of the time workers when they hack, apply cement on tiles etc will have alot of bits & pieces of everything on your flooring. Those lazy workers before hand-over to you will need to wash the place up. So what they do??
Wash everything into your drain which may cause a chock later down the months and a BIG headache for you..
As all the tiling have almost been done, thus !! today my ID Alan told me to go down and buy plastic drainage cover and install inside all the drainage area.
To prevent washing of large items down.
See all those broken tiles and cement !!

1 white for the white kitchen theme and 1 black for the black bathroom theme
02 pcs of Stop Cock for the water control for both Spray gun.

This is cute but too small.
