Pursuant to the Penal Code Cap. 224, the punishment for act which endangers life or the personal safety of others are laid out in Section 336.ECTC can't act unless the killer litter mofo is identified. Thus the killer litter mofo must be identified if there's any chance of punishing the killer litter mofo.
Identification of the perpetrator may be achieved by expending some time & some effort, which is entirely optional.
It's either that or living with the life-threatening danger of some day, someone's head/shoulders receive a strike from above.
Since the offence can be witnessed during specific time periods, some sort of monitoring can be carried out from a concealed position that offers a good and unblocked view of the stack of units above the landing point of the killer litter.
Hint: The impact of the killer litter upon landing provides clues to the range of units to be monitored: A killer litter released from an unit on the 17th level will impact harder & louder upon landing than one that is from an unit on the 1st level.

I think will should help each other to catch the killer litter bug or warn each other. If not one fine day some one walking at the path will be hit by the bomb. I noticed that a lot of people using the path as a shortcut.So the timing of the bomb happen most during 9am to 10am and 7pm to 8pm.

You can call HDB and they will make the arrangement with Jovi. This could be due to the surrounding house still in renovating. Myself and my neighbour have this problem. When they repair the crack line, it will be very dusty.

But just a note, they seldom build covered structures that span across roads.Finally they are buliding a traffic light to Shop and Save. This make my life easier when i am bringing my kids to the other side of the road.
By the way i am thinking that they are going to implement the Cashcard ERP System at the carpark at Blk219. Every night i can see auntie sitting there recording the number of cars going up and down. Furthermore once Bedok mall is up. I will think there will be more traffic. The two carpark surrounding our area have started putting up the Cash card system already. It could be good or bad, during the CNY season. There carpark at our area was quite hard in getting a location to park.The bad point is when the cash card system is up.When the carpark is full, The season parking car will have problem getting into the carpark. This happen in the new flat in Tampines (The Premeire).

Hi i guess i'm probably the last one to collect keys for my Flat here.Have been having a few problems with HDB, first is the HLE, now they are giving me another prob. I hate them...
Can ask, did anyone here engage HDB to do the cement screed for ur house? I applied for cement screed when i collected the keys in early Dec. last week i went to the HDB bedok branch office after reporting our defects, the guy in-charged was on leave and there's no one i can talk to abt cement screed. So inefficient... Then i got his extension and called him the next day. Guess wat , he told me tat the branch office didnt receive the notification that we have applied for cement screed. He even ask me to photocopy, "my copy" of the application form given by the officer who applied for us when we collected our keys. RIdiculous...yesterday my contractor called me and told me he called the man doing the cement screed and that man told him, we have to wait for 1-2 mths !!! which means i have to do nothing for 1-2 mths just to wait for them to do the screed... and i cant start my renov. tats frustrating
Today i tried to called the HDB branch officer extension again... and he went MIA again, i got to call the branch officer service line to get the colleague to sms him and i'm now still waiting for him to get back to me...

I also waited about 4 to 5 weeks to do cement screed. If you push faster, then it maybe 3 weeks. The reason for the contractor to do with such a delay is because they want to do as a batch with other units. Never the less it will be good if you can e-mail to the Technical officer who is incharge of out units together with the documenation of the application for cement screed. Just incase if they did not take note of your application. Just use the e-mail as a feedback to the HQ HDB. By the way, If you bang the table harder they can finish the job in 1 weeks. ( 1 day to lay the cement screed and 1 week for the cement screed to dry and they will level the flooring) Just ensure that your door is in good condition after they have lay it. Last time they splash some cement on my door and i have to ask then to clean them off.
A tot of advise, you need to push HDB (Technical Officer) faster if you want to start your renov faster.This group off people is different from Jovi team.

I chose not to spend so much on the H/S store rack. Tony did my grey L-shaped L48"xH72"xW20" for $160. For the same dimension, Alan would charge $10 more and Fong Sheng Woodwork Industrial (FSWI) will charge around $200. However in the case of FSWI, 12mm plywood are used instead of 9mm. Depending on the color you choose - Grey, White or Brown, the prices may varies too. If you want to DIY, it will probably costs $60-$90 (my contractor's worker told me).Are your curtains full length type? Tks.
I did a full length in the living room and the rest in 3 quater.

And also, anyone did up their bomb shelter to have those metal racks for storage purposes? Any contacts?
You can try Jimmy Textile at Tangjong Katong Complex. I did a normal curtain for my 5 Room flat including the Aircon windows at $960. A lot of people said it is cheap. If you do more like day and night curtain, u may be able to bargain a bit.
As for the Rack in the Bomb Shelter, you can look for the leaflet on the door of our fat, There are two person, one is Alan and other is Tony, both from the same suppliers

Basically my ELCB switch is spoilt, once i install my lighting you can see if there is any issue. Your electrican will advise you accordingly. Dun worry, HDB will still repair it for free as you are still doing the renovation.
How to check the circuit breaker switch is spoilt? I can push all mine up or down.Can anybody advise how can we fix up our doorbell? & also where to get nice doorbells? Cos I think I saw the doorbel switch outside the main door.
As for the Door bell, i think it is location in my Kitchen as HDB have already prefix it. Unless you spend a bit money to redo it in the Living room

By the way when i started my renovation, there are a few hidden fault which you may find in your house. One of the switch in the circuit breaker is spoilt, i ask the HDB contractor to repair it immediately for free.
Second, those who intend to do cement screeding, you must chase HDB via phone or E-mail (Techical Officer who handle your house) if not they will take their sweet time to do it, basically, there will need one day to do it. However Onces they are done, you must check cause they may not level even your flooring. If you put the Parquet on it, it will not be even.
Lastly, the cloth hanger may be jam, i also ask them to fix it.
I will suggest if you can renovate your house faster, it will be better. If not the contractor move out of the building, it will be more time in getting them.
I have got the Lady Contractor's contact who manage our building. This was given by our HDB Bedok Branch Technical Officer. Hopefully it will be useful for LG neighbours. Tel: 64457032 (Jovi) Call them will be faster then calling Bedok HDB. Cheers

Hi Your friend stay at which level? Previously 1 months ago i saw a rubbish bag with food been left infront of my house just beside the staircase door. It was left there for about 1 day and nobody take away, i have no choice but to throw away. I am staying in Level 7.
