ya i love the extra space kekekeke...that is one reason why i got a much older 5rm flat instead of those newer one which are 110sqm only bluberi, this unit is 128sqm.. hahaha i have many toys to house so cant hv too many MJ tables hahahaha....

Due to several reasons, we decide to sell our 1st nest and start sourcing around for a resale 5 room (cos we prefer a bigger floor area as compared to those newer 5 rm) nearer to my parent's place.....after few months of sourcing and viewing, we finally found it! Here is the original floor plan the owner actually hack off part of the MBR so the size of the MBR is the same as bedroom 2. But it makes the foyer area looks bigger and airy and the kitchen doorway is big de lor. this is my idea of renovating the place.... no pics of the hse yet cos 2nd appt will only be next month

hahaha bu ma fan lah...cos i also frequent this forum for ideas for my hse ....(come to tink of it , ihvnt start a blog yet hahahaha, er...can teach me hw to attached my floor plan cos mine is PDF format leh) i juz ask her abt the color...she mention her contractor will color the railings and grills back first then use those meant to paint wrought iron silver to pain over the back once the black paint dries up ....hmm idea hor kekeke at least we get a not so black grilles

hahahaha she wont change the piping but she considering a vanity top to hide the ugly pipes or if lucky to get nice accessories to hide them then lagi gd lor cos save $$$ mah... contractor paint her gate with black and silver thus the color turn out this way ..nice hor! i like lor ..might consider it for my own gate as well...
