    Long time no c.

    Anyway anyone still experience double flushing required in toilet? also i notice some part of my basin become pink. seem the water metal content is pretty high. anyone can verify or confirm my finding.

    Hmmmm, got the same problem... flushing power like weak sia... need to double flush at times... most of the time in fact

    i guess i oso having the problem of basin becoming pink especially need the tap area?

    Wah ... havent log in for quite and then see so many posting about security of our area... I also quite worried for my girlfriend after seeing so much posting about house break in etc...

    Anyway a couple of weeks ago there was a young lady who ran to me and said she her phone was being snatched while she is withdrawing from the DBS ATM :o (the one that is near to LG), i only can offered to lend her my phone to call the police... It happened along the main road about mid night, so do advise u loved ones to keep their things properly (maybe in a bag or wat) instead of holding it on ur hand as they are walking or even doing withdrawals....

    Hopefully can see some initiative coming from the management to offer their help to poor residents like us...

    By the way anyone saw samsung's series 6 which is the ultra thin model? think its model end of with 680 or wat...

    Ventilation Fan: Although there is only 1 window for common toilet. I actually split half of it to do up the ventilation fan.

    Air Con: You may go to IMM level 3, there are a few vendors like gain city etc which can offers relative reasonable pricing which includes installation for air con.

    Basically 9000 BTu for rooms will be sufficient and 18000 BTU or max 22000BTu for living is also sufficient.

    If you are looking for inverter system 4, i think $4200 is expensive. Average price for Mitsubishi system 4 inverter is about 3.5k +/-

    I have installed the KDK ventilation fans for both of my toilets. I think this is good as it draw out moisture to prevent moulds & etc which form in the future. Especially when shower using hot water, vapours do evaporate and always cause the mirror filled with moist. With the ventilation fan, such a problem will not occurs.

    Hey, will the ventilation fans block out the entire windows? cos my Common toilet is abit dark already, can imagine blocking out the windows for both my MBR toilet and common toilet .... haha, also how much eh? can advise? i also like it alot but scare will be very dark + expensive :dancingqueen:

    Hi Jason,

    I saw U mentioning deferment of submission of ROM Cert, I was told by HDB I will only need to submit it before Apr 2010. How long more U need to defer?? Pardon me for bring KPO coz I've oso yet to ROM. Planning to do so next year. :P

    hello .. oh, cos i took up AHG and need to submit my ROM cert as a proof maybe? i defered till end feb 09 ; )

    Cos i was told by my CSO that i need to submit my ROM cert if not must show proof that i will be having my ROM soon and get request for deferment from HDB

    Just wondering why u get ur key so late, did u select ur flat in May like me? I thought I was very late liao. ;)

    Yah, i selected the flat in may also, but applied for ahg then got delayed... then after that need to seek their approval for deferment of submission of ROM cert... thats why took abit longer...

    My bomb shelter is faulty... cannot lock the door sia... bedrooms' doors got scratches...other than that, looks fine ... probably a couple of the door knobs look abit "old".

    Btw, i just jot down the items and pass to the office in 220A? or any specifc forms to fill in? i left my documents there after checking ... sianz. haha

    its far for me to go back to my new house cos i am staying in jurong .. :P

    Congrats! Wah, envy ... i still waiting for HDB to reply sia...

    my HLE and opt to purchase have expired and still no body call me, i oreadi email then hopin for a KIND REPLY!!! ... btw, whats the procedures like for key collection? is it signing of Lease agreement is one date, then collect key another date? what about stamp duty eh? need kind advise from you guys : )

    hey, u thinkg to get Mit Sys4 ? I got mine from Kaisoon @ $3520 nett. but note that the beams in our LG are very thick so.. may want to chk out the "black areas" tat can't be drilled.

    I know Joo Chiat got one bicycle shop...

    btw, any chance of getting a covered walkway frm LG to MRT ? write to our MP ?

    Hi all, need advise. I have gotten a unit in bedok central during jan's BE. its in block 219C and its a 5 rm. But till now HDB has yet to revert to us ... are there people who are like me and still waiting for them? i have yet to settle on my lease agreement ... So what's the norm like eh? Is it because i applied for additional housing grant (AHG) which explains why they take this long? ; ) need advise.
