purpledino, no offence but have you exaggerated? Mine installed by creation air too and I found their services and workmanship are not as bad as u mentioned. My frds engaged them as well and so far no negative comments on it too. Should not concluded their svcs and workmanship based on your case. So far, my frds and I felt comfortable using them.
