seem like those officers from HDB are taking this survey very seriously. they called me at my work place at 8+pm to conduct a phone survey a couple of weeks ago. suggested to the officer to install a card access to the sky garden. but forgot about cashcard scanning system for the carpark. hopefully, all these feedback reached the "top" and being taken seriously.

A queen or king size bed can fit in the MBR but definitely not with wardrobe of any size. The most you can fit in a side table or small cabinet (shoe rack size). You'll have to sacrifice one bedroom for your wardrobe. Welcome to BLK79. We're of the same batch. But I've requested to get the keys earlier and am living in now.

Therefore, decide to post this topic to seek for your feedbacks. I'm getting quotation from the below IDs (already got from some) and will be deciding who to go with by next week. I know that beside budget, most importantly is whether the ID whom you engaged is responsible or not. Hence, I would like to get honest opinion from those who've got their house done the following IDs. Good or bad, pls share with me your encounter. Once again, thank you, thank you, Dracula. Yup, ROM done. Customary dinner next. What do u mean by CPF grants? To my understanding, they'll be wiping out our ordinary account dry, rite?
