    QUOTATION FOR INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONER

    We thank you for your enquiry and are pleased to submit our quotation for your consideration:

    Item Scope of work Amount

    [1] To supply and install one set of “Daikin” (R22 Gas) 20,260BTU multi split non-inverter aircon, $2,900.00 M/N: MA56 / FT25 x3 / FT50 (c/w bracket)

    Note:

    [1] Supply and install aircon point @ $200.00(exclude upgrade DB)

    [2] Should there be any old aircon, we will dismantle and dispose existing aircon by our company, Should you wish to keep the existing aircon, dismantle aircon fee will be imposed.

    [3] Provide two trip only.

    [4] No site survey, if requires need to pay $30.00 transport charge.

    [5] Price quoted based on standard one roll of pipe, extra charge on long piping recommend to upgrade to ½ thick insulation.

    [6] Additional $200.00 if your aircon piping will be hidden by built in cabinet.

    To supply and install the air-conditioners in surface mount with standard one roll G23 copper pipe, 3/8 thick Class “O” thermaflex insulation for indoor unit and Class “1” black rubber insulation for outdoor unit, 16mm pvc pipe, pvc trunking, and Singapore cable. Price excludes power point, stainless steel bracket, concealed pipe and any items not mentioned.

    2.Poh Joo and Eng Soon Huat

    Located at Jln Bersah. You know Jln Bersah there got one big building got MacDonalds ? Eng Soon Huat is on the same side as Mac, just a few shops down Mac (towards Sim Lim direction).

    Poh Joo is opposite Eng Soon Huat (not directly but few shops away).

    For toilet accesories, a 7 piece set + mirror =$70 at Eng Soon Huat. Cost $90 in Poh Joo. Again design matters.

    Both shops are very near, so easy to walk n compare. And find Poh Joo stock range & sales people nicer.

    I order all my bathroom and kitchen stuff from INDULGE seeing so many ppl recommend them online.

    Their logistic and sales side really cork up sia.

    1st time - the sale side told us the delivery would be around 11am. We wait till 11.30am, no one came.

    My ID, plumber and i is down there waiting leh.

    Call Indulge up, they say we try to come by 2pm. No one came!!! :curse:

    Call Indulge Up again, they say 3something. Still no one came!! :curse:

    Call indulge up again, they say 4plus to 5pm. still no one came!! :curse:

    All the way wait till 7pm then they came. By then my ID and plumber already left.

    The boss apologies and give me some free item. So be it.

    2nd time - they came at 2pm but too bad i left without having me to check the item.

    At 5plus, indulge call me up told me that they send me the wrong hob. Their guy is outside my hse waiting and ask for my hse access key. Who would just give anybody access to enter their hse so ching chai?

    So i ask them" did u send up the correct hob while u collect back the wrong one."

    indulge sales:"Ya got, he is holding it waiting outside ur hse."

    When i reach my hse to open the door for them. I saw them empty handed. So i ask where is the correct hob.

    Delivery guy said:"Still at the customer hse, we are sending yours to them 1st."

    But the sales side told me you already got the correct one in your vehicle.

    Delivery guy said:" Where got!! the one in my vehicle is dunno how many years ago one. Can i come down tomolo to send u your hob anot, i want to knock off liao? "

    How can i tomolo still got to work leh, u can't expect to keep taking leave for your error.

    From their speech already can tell who's lying.

    After 1 hour plus then they send my hob back to me

    Yesterday then i found that they did not drill hold in my kitchen sink to put the tap. When i buy from them

    that time i already state clearly where i want the hole to be.

    So i call Indulge up:"I'm who and who from which blk, ur guy did not drill the hole in my kitchen sink to put the tap(Which i requested during buying)

    Indulge sales(china girl):"U could call plumber to drill for u lah."

    Wa!! Then if u plumber accidentally drill spolit it, u want to be responsible for it anot?

    Indulge sales:"I check my schedule then call u!!"

    Till now also never tell me when their guy coming. They think their sale close already can hack care the customer ah. :curse:

    This is not at all a good service...was thinking of buying from them but this did put me off

    Rinnai, fujioh from japan, not that bad too.

    But ultimately is "U gotta like the design". I could turbo because i want a white tempered glass hob to match my white solid surface. I check alot of brand only bellari & turbo & Ellane got white one.

    For Hob and Hood (i was told that techno is made in italy whereas turbo is not have the stamp but it is also italy company. what you guys would suggest?

    I am renoivating my resale flat and need to buy the following items, please help provide the suggestion about the same

    1) Techo Hob (Glass one as the promoter from Courts told me it is made in Germany with lifetime warranty for glass top) price about 450$

    2) Hood (not sure yet) budget only 200 $

    3) Kitchen Sink (Korean made, been offered 388 $ with accessories)

    4) Kitchen Tap (not sure but budget is about 200$)

    4) WC + Basin for MBR toilet (budget only 300$)

    5) WC + Basin for Guest toilet (Budget only 200$)

    6) Shower for MBR Toilet with Mixer (Budget only 200$-250$)

    7) Joven 25L storage water heater (been quoted 230$ at Trade hub 21)
