Need some ideas from you guys out there regards to my renovation needs with tight budget.
Budget only about $10K - $12K...
House ... 3NG around Bukit Batok Area..
??? Had stayed in this house for almost 4yrs now. Planning to reno my house at a very tight budget this year.. ANY RECOMMENDATION?
Works Request for this reno:-
1. Laminating of Hall & 2 Bedrms
2. 2 toilets
3. Full electrical works
4. Change of all wooden doors and main gate
5. Knock down wall btw living and kitchen and build partition in btw
6. Painting of whole hse
7. simple kitchen cabinet but only ground
... etc
Dun know the budget can get me to all this simple request or not???
