    I check with a FSM about ceiling fan as I bought a resale flat with ceiling fan and he told me to remove as it will cut the luck away, so I remove it lor. Don't true anot

    I have a ceiling fan in my living room and I don't think my luck is reduced in any way.

    Enjoying the breeze as I'm tying this.

    Electric tariffs soaring.. ceiling fan preferred over aircon. Save money, save the planet.

    After I came back from Phuket, my whole family has been hit by a pesky flu bug which doesn't want to go away.

    Brought my children to KK, to paediatrician, go temple pray pray etc... this thingy went on for two weeks.

    And when my children finally recovered, it is the adult's turn. Sianz!

    Someone in this forum [or other forum] mentioned about the efficacy of the flying stars method as a quick fix to

    this problem. I am sold by the idea and want to pick up the skill but not sure how to start.

    Any recommendations?

    Not that tough to understand.

    According to bepgof's 4th link, imagine it is 21st Feb and you are looking up in the sky during broad daylight.

    Of course you won't see stars but the Aquarius constellation is staring right at you.

    On the same day when the Earth orbits 180 degrees to present the night, you will have the Leo constellation welcoming you in the sky.

    So on one single day, when the earth completes its 360degrees rotation on its own axis, you will have witnessed two star constellations in fact.

    Dear all,

    I am interested in a landed house which basically meet my needs on location and size. However, I am very concern on the house number which is 324. Being Chinese, I am not sure if this number will make it difficult for me to sell the place next time. Any comments from the forumers on similar concern too? House numbers with digit 4? THanks in advance.

    Read in Cantonese.

    324 = 生, easy.

    324 = 升, easy.

    Luo Pan is nothing more than a permanent magnet (of superior magnetism, made of Neodymium-Iron-Boron) with south needle painted red.

    One thing I've noted. Why do the FS books place so much emphasis on South to the extent I have to flip the book 180 degrees so that South points downwards like it is supposed to. Note: In most fengshui books, South points upwards.

    1. .....distorts earth's natural magnetic lines, thus Luo Pan get erroreous readings. Mountains with vast iron affect reading too.

    3. Sun's black spot activity affect Earth's magnetic flux too, so does LuoPan.

    4. Earth's N & S poles are called earth's magnetic poles, this pole has a 6 degree(If I remember correctly this figure)tilt with earth's rotational axis. Meaning that all permanent mangnets indicate ONLY the MAGNETIC POLEs but not TRUE POLEs.

    Given the ancient wisdom of the Chinese, shouldn't they have spotted or rectified these before passing down the formulae?

    Could it have been missed out during the handing down or was it negligible in the first place?

    Food for thought.

    Would you just blindly follow if one FSM is highly recommended?

    service should not be the criteria. Outcome would be the ideal.

    Don't we all love positive outcome? But some service as 'garnish' would be a nice gesture.

    Also I rather a fsm to be peculiar.....or I should be more specific....effectively peculiar.

    I don't appreciate "siao siao" Master no matter how good he is. :P
