    if you wanna get purchse with purchase...... i think goh ah bee dun have...........

    you can try go to mega discount store........... u can slash their price to v low and yet get the pwp............

    but anyway.......... please call samsung the moment BEFORE you buy ur fridge becos the pwp redemption start on 22th......... i scare by the time u delivery.... bo stock le......... cos u need the serial number of ur fridge in order to book the tv

    Hi,

    Wonder if a King Size or Queen Size mattress place direct on the floor. And when one sleep on the mattress still gets the problem?

    By the way, tot that's Japanese style.. esp the tatami sort of design..

    Wonder how's the Japanese handle this?

    japanese floor and ours is not the same la................... those who sleep on the floor..... the floors are heating during winter...... and in summer the gaps below the floor allows cooling......

    Hi there everyone,

    Does anyone know about the purchase for purchase offer available for samsung fridges at Harvey Norman? I went to the branch at Northpoint just now and saw that they are offering a 40" LCD Full HD TV at $899 if I purchase a fridge. The offer ends on 30th September 2009. Anyone knows which model is that TV and is it worth it at $899?

    the tv is worth it! it's the 530 model

    however the fridge is not worth it =X

    i bought a hitachi fridge from everjiont at the price they quoted me, and after an hour of bargain.........their price is still fixed.

    their price for this fridge is cheaper than best denki and harvey.

    so i asked about their tv and washing machine......... but did not buy from them.

    then i use gaincity.com.sg and go for the i'wish quotation. on average, their price is $10 cheaper then everjoint.

    then i go to mega discount shop (katong).......... even cheaper than gain city........ and their service is v good...........so i bought my tvs and washer from them

    Mega has lots of fisher and paykel.............. good price......... but i already bought from everjoint =)

    i enaged their service and i must say they are really professional and reasonable.

    i started looking for id many months back and went to almost 20 companies....... what make de workz different is instead of asking me change this change that....... throw this throw that.......... they initiate that since i live in a 2 years old condo, there must be something that can be done to suits my preferrence, at the same time dun have to spend so much.

    so when i collect my keys, i invited them to my house to survey. Due to fengshui and style, i need to tear down all the kitchen cabinets, all master bed room warbrobe and alot more. they help me modify so i use use back certain internal structure to save $

    anyway, there are alot of small little things that i really appreciate from them..........as i work late everyday, our first meeting at his shop is around 8pm.

    then when i get the keys, they came to see the house at 8.30pm and left at 11pm.

    so when i confirm them yesterday at their shop, it around 10pm that i reach there and i left at 1am

    they even want me to get my own wallpaper and they they paste for me for only $120

    And my renovation only cost $4500 =P

    include:

    kitchen solid surface

    5 kitchen cabinet doors

    full height shoe rack door

    reconstruction of interior warbrobe to add dressing table in it

    labour for wallpaper

    removal of feature walls in mbr

    platform in mbr

    construction of bedhead

    electrical sockets

    polish marble

    whole house painting

    include all the dismantle.....protective cover........acid wash.........

    ya i agree.......... there are lots of agents or companys that help you source for loans......... but beware....... sometimes they sell you based on the highest commission rate........ =P (which i expereince here in this forum some times back)

    for housing loans, it's better if u go to lots of banks and ask ask ask........ ask about their subsides and what are the lawyers charges........

    also, if tell them you are refer by a friend or whatever................ then they will give commission to the referrer..........

    im not here to spoilt market............ but different banks got different rates..........

    Do you happen to stay in TK now too?

    all above except east coast hawker is accessible by FOOT........... hahahaha

    you just walk around the neighbourhood when u move in there.......... and u can find it

    My parents live at TK area and im moving across the street next month to joo chiat plc..........=)

    congrats and i believe you will love this area!!!!!!

    have been staying in this district ever since im a kid and i will never move out of this district unless orchard(if i can afford).... hahahaha

    The food in this area is fantasic...... from joo chiat to dunman foodcourt, east coast hawker and marine parade hawker, not forgetting the italian restaurant, korean and panarakan food along east coast rd!
