    are u doing any cornies? cos i am thinking if install a/c liao, can they do the cornies?

    anyway, when did u installed your a/c? after plastering, painting and electricity done? or before?

    eh.. after install aircon, then we did false ceiling.. enough space.. but do let the installation ppl to know that u going to install cornices or false ceiling above ur indoor unit..

    as for when i install the aircon, after wall plastering.. (before painting & electricity), cos that time the installation i keep push backward.. then paiseh.. and painting and electricity still not that fast.. plus Jason said it's ok to install the aircon after wall plastering.. just that the wall portion behind the aircon is white plaster without paint.. and if by the time, u need to change a new aircon unit.. it should be the same time for a new paint colour =)

    It's Picture Time!!! Most of the stuffs are completed.. left vanity top, some paint and tile plaster touch ups, install hob/hood/oven

    Conclusion: I'm very happy today, promised Jason tml I cannot call him :P

    no that i don't want to post pic... is that the stuffs not completed.. so no point to take pictures..

    my wall should be newly plastered, so no need to sandpaper right????

    and i THINK the sealant SHLD be painted on also......mmm......dunno jason got fake me or not ......mmmm.....

    he's so busy with chip's place now, i feel so paiseh to call him and ask. :P

    yalor.. he's busy with my house now.. cos a lot of stuffs haven't settled..

    best part, i realised how come under my top kitchen cabinets not space to install lights..

    siao liao.. haix..

    but he promised to hand over on friday.. my mover already confirmed to move our stuffs @ 830AM

    just pray that everything goes smoothly.....update u guys tomolo night again.. :unsure:

    This is kind of a unfair statement till date this post. People are just using the theory of "like father, like son" theory. U cannot judge Jason based on Ah Soon... Because what happen to Ah Soon now haven't happen till today.. If yes, existing customers are already posting it.

    As for permit early for oct hacking thingy?<- I am not sure.. Perhaps, is true? Perhaps, owner didnt pay? work start.. Perhaps, there are other reasons? Did the owner tell u what happen? If not, u shouldn't quote "hows that for relliability"

    If your friend go to my house is worse then...cause my permit for hacking is still paste on my wall dated Aug. People are wondering why Jason haven't hand over, reason is because I am adding new items for my house... So please comments objectively.

    ya i agree with red devil.

    My permit for hacking is dated early oct, but because of HDB problem (never give permit for hacking my toliet wall), Jason got to re-submit permit again to mid Oct.. so HDB delayed our permit, then later delayed our hacking.. then my tiles got problems too, the shop assistant was new-comer (didn't know anything) so not enough tiles also send to ya.. but we still managed to resolve all these problems.. thanks to Jason~

    So far, even if we face big problems (like my false ceiling need to redo, my toliet bowl position is too near my vanity top..) Jason resolved them.. and He is doing what he promised me and believe that he will be able to handover my house by this week :D

    Great! My turn to chase him liao... Cause my appliances and furnitures are coming :thumbs up:

    handover supposed to be wed.. but i think maybe will delay 1 -2 days

    but still ok, as long as before friday.. can liao =)

    today the carpetry works is 80% done.. left a bit more which will be completed on tues or wed ba..

    after i move in, then i post pictures can? cos now very messy... :P

    kopi, jason said after my house, then can do ur house hehe.. my handover wed mah.. got to rush a bit bit..

    no le din go over cos jason din go down mah so i dunno if there's ppl there or not :D

    wed going to handover liao.. very excited.. all problems resolved.. now only left the below items to do..

    carpetry work - left half.. (but should be able to finish by monday)

    install fittings - also to be completed by monday

    kitchen lights ( got to wait until tuesday for the delivery..)

    final paint touch up and clean up

    sorry ah.. i never take pictures.. :P cos too messy liao.. plus many top-naked men walking ard.. i paiseh.. :D

    Update

    Today, we went to 3 different aircon shops to search for aircons.. back in our mind, we were thinking to get non-inverter due we don't think that we will use that often..

    1) Atlantis Engrg

    Didn't get to meet Diana... one of the technicians was there. Am surprised that the shop looks like a warehouse. The technician wasn't that sure of quite a number of stuff.. though he was friendly.

    2) Hong Tar

    Met Katherine.. pretty nice lady... she spent about 45 mins with us explaining the different types of aircon and how we should choose. She has kinda of changed our minds to choose inverter. The prices quoted for non inverter and inverter is abt $600 difference..

    3) Gain City @ IMM

    Don't know the sales person name but all i know is that he kept trying to selling Sharp to us. I am not impressed by his talks because he claimed that Sharp is a good brand for aircon... *p/s: sharp is hving promotion now... $2388 for inverter 3*.. maybe i'm not an expert but to me, to buy Sharp for its aircon doesn't sound that right. All I know is this sales person is pushing us..

    Verdict: we are more inclined to get from Hong Tar.. the one that Katherine has recommended is Mitsubishi Heavy Industries inverter sys 3. Why Hong Tar? basically the reason is we felt more comfortable with Katherine.. at least she provides good advices and options to us.

    ceiling ah.. ceiling redo lor.. ok liao..

    but then.. got a few tiles haven't redo yet..

    yesterday install the wrought iron gate nia..

    supposed to polish parquet on monday, but never.. then postpone to tues.. but also never come.. went up yesterday also never come..

    uncle promised that will do today.. i haven't got time to go back house to see.. if never do it today.. then i will want to cry liao..

    cos sat.. the carpeter will come and install all my stuffs within a day..

    then do touch up on monday and tues.. clean up by wed... handover also wed.. haix..

    kopi, what time u want to come over?

    Chip when you gg down ? i gg down tmr then if there's something to buy i will drop by again on sunday to get it :)

    tmr is to spend my time survey since lesser ppl then sunday get better deal :notti:

    hubby said going down on sunday (last day) haha..
