Hi,

am looking for an experience contractor to help with the following works:

1. Roof terrace leaking - have already done water proofing 1 yr ago but still leaks into room

2. fix crack on wall, water seepage

3. A&A to cover up air-well

4. kitchen carpentry + change solid top

ANy recommendations for general contractor who can do these works?

Very general works any contractor can do. If you've already waterproofing, maybe it's not waterproofing. Just need a roof specialist to climb into the false ceiling and check. Prob flashing?

GHCY, do you know of any company who can help to access water leakage problem for terrace house?

I have done waterproofing 1 yr ago but there's still a leak. Hence suspect that it could be internal piping leakage or maybe drainage blocked that cause ponding...

Not sure who to engage to look into this.

[Any Good Pest Control Sole Proprietor To Recommend?]

Managed to find a small company that charged about $90 to inspect. Another bigger company quoted $150. The partner came down twice.... first to check, 2nd to confirm and managed to kill the termites. Because only a small area is infected, he is doing so at no charge.

Will be getting from them routine service check... still waiting for quotation but his helpfulness is affirmation.
