You need to decide some things 1st bah.. e.g heavy cook? therefore heavy washing as well. using induction cooking? etc etc.. with these then u can decide what u wanna have.. Hi england.. no conclusion on the renovation part yet.. Anyway, seeing the progress or rather the lack of it, i heck oledi loh.. i moved in oledi, i just leave the some places empty in anticipation for any work.. TV console and kopi table dented... end june then come.. book cupboard delivery delayed also.. so half of my things is laying around in boxes.. Ha... btw, i had contacted my HDB officer and she also said the window should not be done that way from the pics with the water stains i sent over. Anyway she had called the company to have it rectified.. but not sure if the message had been passed to Henry.. But anyway, I'll accept only a change of the whole window.. not another patch work.. I have the letter of demand and pics ready so is just when or nec to send it out or not..

For living room/bedrooms.. if dun refill, there won't be water traped under the tiles if we mop the floor? No prob one right? There's prob for toilet tiles? whether isit floor or wall tiles?

What is the pay-as-you-reno system? Not the current wic is 3 or 4 payments type?
