froggy, yeah abt the fengshui part, it's pretty much like wat KSJL said.... anyhow, i tik orange n beige does match....pretty nice....else, u can try orange n light grey for a diff contrast cos u might find tat orange/beige will tend to give a slight yellowish tinge kind of feel...just my 2 cents' worth.... anyhow did u manage to get ur aircon in the end? u got from where?

yup my tap is on right hand side n drinking tap is on left hand side... Hmm on a practical point of view, i would highly suggest one on each side cos when u use ur tap, u can still fill water wif ur drinking system...but u can always check wif Edmund on it since it's his plumber who did for us i tik it's ard $380...yup i tik mine is chrome plated cos hb chose it n say tat chrome dun rust so easily

samgalz, to be honest, we got ours directly frm USA aquasana...after shipping costs n all, it's ard $300+ which is ard the same price as s'pore's...however, a point to note, you may want to contact the s'pore distributor to obtain the water filter n get ur own plumber to install it....here's the link for the distributor http://www.h2ofresh.com/EQ300.htm H20fresh's plumber charges exorbitant $120 for just the simple installation!!! anyhow, if u do get just the items from H20fresh, they will insist on u getting the items from them at their office in Zion Road.

Hi froggy... oh i tik tat was sometime back cos i realised tat too n managed to clear my inbox liao....nw it's empty ;P in the end, we installed tis drinking system from aquasana....they have a website www.aquasana.com.... my parents used to install the diamond water system but it's not tat good cos firstly, we feel tat even after a while, the water still has some kind of weird taste to it....on top of tat, the diamond water system is usually not owned by the person who's using it cos it's a mlm kind of arrangement? we managed to research n found out that aquasana is the top drinking system used in USA and it has a certification from california as well to prove that it's patented and proven good for health. Anyway, we have used it for quite a few days now. It tastes like normal (no weird aftertaste) and it's quite easy to use. In fact, Edmund's plumber helped us to install it. Quite easy to install. again i'm slow with the pics....too many things happening....last sat was a ruckus at the housewarming party....so many ppl....clean until siao....then keep falling sick cos of the cleaning n all...just way too dusty man....

Yesterday finally managed to get our drinking system done up by Edmund's subcontractor. Another good job done, I must say. will take pics of all stuff tomorrow n put it up shortly over the wkend have a great wkend everyone!!

Jaskel, is ur MHI system 3 inverter bought recently? I have been using mine for about coming 2 weeks till now...so far, no complaints on the noises... froggy, for aircon units, do bear in mind the size of ur room as well as the BTU for the units before u decide to purchase system 3 or system 4

oic...yeah asked my hb ytd...he said yeah there's balancing kit done to balance the fan.... mine shd have...cos mine is pretty big....it's ard 48 or 50 inches blades

though my house has alrd installed 4 ceiling fans, i have not seen the vendor installing them with any balancing kits at all.....either i'm not observant or they did it so quickly without me seeing

hi all baking enthusiasts i have been lingering ard this thread but unable to make much contributions anyhow, tiking of doing chocolate fondue....yeah, before putting it into the 'fountain'....any idea how to boil or heat the chocolate such tat it won't burn or overheat?

to be honest, if i'm not wrong, the balancing of fans doesn't hold true for only some fans....it holds true for all fans....should the installer of the fans not install properly in the sense tat in proportion to the room size and the fan blades, they don't balance your ceiling fans properly....u would have a problem with the fans in future....one such common problem would be hearing the wobbly sounds from the fans n etc.... as long as ur ID can ensure tat her ppl can do it properly for u, tat would be very good
