Just noticed your post. I've also been looking into doing a polished concrete flooring and acid staining for my HDB 3-room. So far only found one company that sells the acid stains. Another company that sounds like they will do the flooring but still talking with them. Tempted to DIY with my contractor but will be risky. Can't seem to find the grinding equipment. Lots of info on www. Also book and DVDs. The popularity is about 10 years old though. Still tracking down actual projects done in SG to take a look.
