Grace/Chipee: FYI Last night I went to Song Cho IMM to get another single towel bar but they said they are out of stock. A few of their items are also out of stocks and I guess their business pretty good maybe due to we Pinnacle owners have been buying from them. hahhahaha.....Anyway, we decided to get 3M towel bar but was also out of stocks so we left our name with Home Fix so that they can call us up to pick it up.....

Must call Edmund up to buy dinner liao....hahhahahhaa......

Yes, aircon trunking is the most headache one and you will have to be there to decide which way you want to run the piping and I hope you did get Edmund to box up the casing.... I guess the bowl sink is up to individual...I bet due to the small kitchen area we have now so most would prefer to have more area on table top space...though i have my 2 bowl sink we are fine with the space near to the sink... Yes, lightings.com quality no good n Bluewater will be best to explain....

grace, for lightings, you can consider lightings.com which is along balestier road too...saw them put up banner guaranteeing the lowest price if not will return the difference...perhaps you can go and check it out yourself. Though Lightings.com stuff is cheap but honestly speaking the quality is not as good as we think.

Not typhoon but just very windy at certain times and Edmund himself also saw it and I understand from HB that they both got a shock and Edmund ran over to catch hold of the handle previously, if not the glass door sure bang onto my granite! Hence, currently I am leaving it open with the normal traditional stopper. Hey, where can I buy those adhesive tape 3M towel bar as we have been to Home Fix, OG, CK Tang during weekend but still cant find. I need 1 more towel bar for my MBR toilet which I only got Edmund to fix up 1 for me. Do you think he will do me a favour by fixing up for me if I go buy Welmi single towel bar?

Grace/Chipee: fyi - I saw that my below neighbour is also using 2 bowl sink (1 big n 1 small) and it looks nice. Hence, you gals better think twice before getting Edmund to install as you will be the one who will be using them in the future. I love my 2 bowl sink alot ...really good compared to my previous 1 bowl sink. Anyway, the choice is yours.

Song Cho doesnt got hand bar and I bought my hand bar at PJ - i only got 1 for the common toilet and Edmund workers can install on the false wall near to the door - no problem one as other contractor said cannot do..... Yes, Welmi is expensive but worth it for lifetime lah...hahhahaha....I didnt get their toilet roll holder as it cost $50 per pc and I personally feel that it is too xxx already! I got 1 of their basket to put spoon/forks for usual usage.... What I know is we keep spending $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$...piggy bank drying up soon but luckily going to get my v.bonus this month...hehhehehhe.....

my dear gal, soap dispenser is good as PJ will punch a hole on yr sink and it wont take up your space unless you dont mind those soap bottles and you will have to put it at your solid top lor....the soap dispenser dont need to wash lah ...just pour the detergent in once it is finish leh.... Chipee/Grace: make sure u get the hand bar for the toilets if you have old folks visiting u or staying with you as this bar really works for them especially after they do their "business" liao they can use that as support to get up.... I install this and Edmund said that I am pretty thoughtful for my parents n in laws...hehehehhe....

Maybe you can try to install granite sink...I think quite cool leh....I should have bought that but didnt think of ...hmmmmmm....are you going to do solid top or granite?

Can go in lah - just go to PJ they have those 2 bowl but the other one is smaller lah...anyway, yr choice.....make sure u get the soap dispenser and also the mixer.....ask for discount ok....they give me a bidet spray and a food basket free...hehehhehhe.....I'm always looking out for good deal mah as like you said $ hard to earn but easy to spend u know....hehehhehe...so got to ask for freebies and then we dont have to spend soooooooo much....hahahhaha.... Are you going to install the shower screen and vanity cabinet? Maybe u will not see Edmund there but his workers lor.....
