well, it depends...but 20-30% is more realistic unless u can proof tat ur the best in the field & the company can't do without u. dun neglect networking, too. some HR would rather hire someone recommended by the internal employees rather than wasting time & money to post ads & sorting thru all the resumes. those who are based on recommendation may have slight advantage in bargaining their salary. i had the opportunity to double my salary (~100% increment) when i was headhunted from my previous job to the current one. lets just say i depends on networking, skill & luck. its been almost 4yrs wif my current company now.

haha, then u'll be stuck at Molecule or other clock shops very often... Wii, depending on games also. but capability wise, its a Gamecube in disguise and its graphics is much better than PS2 or Xbox. but due to 480p only, its very jagged. Scarface: The World is Yours & Resident Evil 4 looks much better than PS2 version...but compare to PS3 or XB360, can't fight at all. Its the Wiimote that bring in all the fun. blasting someone's head or dismembering their limbs has never been this fun. new release usually about $75, and the price will drop to $50-60 after a few weeks. unfortunately can't play DVD out of the box. but no need lah...u got a HT to take care of tat already

haha, yeah...maybe i've seen too much of PS3 & 360 demos, tat's why Wii graphics become much lamer...but yeah, the graphics actually like Gamecube which is a bit better than Xbox. for games like Zelda, RE4 (which are actually Gamecube games)...but other than that, developers haven't really build Wii games from ground up. i hope they come up with Wii keyboard & mouse, too...coz surfing net wif wiimote is not tat fun actually bro... big size LCD also not tat much efficient compare to plasma i guess... take LG for e.g: the 42" LCD is 240W, while its 42" plasma is 270W both got advantages, its just a matter of preference... but how big is ur plasma resolution? coz most LCD is HD-Ready 720p/1080i...or maybe his LCD is full HD at 1080p.... tat can make a difference, too

hi xjohns wah, cool man...u got PS3...Wii's graphics totally can't make it, those developers are simply not putting enough effort...resulting in so many lame ports. anyway, the motion detection is quite good, u can set the sensitivity as well. but the games are fun...with Wiimote, COD3 on Wii is the most immersive fps i've ever played...pulling off a head shot has never been this easy b4 for PS3 i'm waiting for MGS4, FFXIII & GTA4 to come out 1st... do they still use the reflective glass for plasma nowadays? tats the no.1 reason i go for lcd

quite ok, but angle of view suck ***...i think its using stone age LCD...haha u have to be dead centre to view it otherwise the image disappears in darkness. value for money
