Yeah, i agree. By the way, Anyone have any good contractor who is willing to work with ID? I am still very worry of able to get a good contractor. Heard some feedback that it is very difficult for the id to control since they are not the paymaster...

Paying them 10% only get perspective. Seems not worth it. Moreover I have check u worry whether i can express the detail to my contractor, if we pay for consultancy, the id could provide us their commitment & drawings. Anyway i m considering shld i do it or just get any id firm who do everything... ....so confusing

Charge by hours? Than per hour would be how much and how do they go about it? Will they also co-ordinate for us should we get our own contractor?
