    The fan has the following issue. It turns on and generates wind like normal for a few seconds before powering off. I think there is something wrong with the electronics inside, which can be easy to fix if you have some electronics background.

    Self collect under my block in Sembawang only.

    Selling my dining set to clear space for a bigger table and chairs. Very good conditions as it was only bought recently. Table top is marble and is thus very durable. No burn marks when putting hot things on top.

    Self collection from my HDB in Sembawang only. Please arrange your own transport as I don't have car or trolley.

    If the pins are embedded and not protruding, it may be easier to just patch up the area and leave the pins inside. Otherwise, will need to dig the area inorder to remove the pins, this will also require patching up.

    Patch up: mix white cement with paint to form a paste. use scrapper to smoothen out the paste. Cost less than one dollars.

    I will try that to repair the wall surface. But how to remove the plastic part in the first place? My current method of melting the plastic with a lighter is not very effective as it leaves a black streak on the wall.

    I'm selling my sofa. It is in very good conditions with very little wear and tear as it is used for decorations only. I have another bigger sofa just beside for actual seating. I'm selling to clear space for a bookshelf in its place. The seats are made from genuine leather and is very comfortable to seat on.

    I have this 42" plasma TV that needs to be moved from my house at sembawang to a relative's house in choa chu kang. This need to be done before Wednesday as the new HDTV will arrive and my living room ain't got enough space. The TV weights are 50KG and has to be well padded for the shipment, I just need the screen to not crack during the shipment. Budget will be limited as I've completely blown my wallet on my new TV.

    Any recommendations please post below. Movers are also welcomed to recommend themselves.
