hi, a standard inhouse water filter system with active carbon filtration, can the active carbon remove or absorb chlorine out from the water? or does it need special/other filtration to remove the chlorine?

Hi, I'm renovating new home. Wife is interested to get in an oven, though she never really used one before. But she cook frequently at home, about 4-6 days per week. She intend to do roasting, maybe cake, but I believe most likely is steaming (fish) Q: is built in electric oven "suitable" for steaming food? I guess maybe it will be use 1-3 times per week. as we going to get ourself a Rinnai hob, thinking to bring 1 oven from them as well http://www.rinnai.com.my/productlisting.php?c=1&s=18 appreciate any advice on oven purchasing
