btw, i've checked with my ID abt ur concern of the glass splash. it wont get cracked so easily, plug in and out cannot use too much force. For my case, i do not have the glass splash, so no issue.

ytd talked to my ID, she advise me to take the single flat polish. The quote i get for single flat is very attractive, just an additional $40 more. Going to meet the contractor this saturday at their showroom.

I've drafted on the 2D floorplan on the areas that we are renovating, mainly are carpentry works as we've opted the floor tiles and doors from HDB. Starting this thread to share the progress of my unit, currently waiting for the date of key collection. That's how Jade Spring will look like when completed My unit 2D floor plan I've actually confirmed my ID around Dec 2010, went through alot of researches, checking forum feedbacks. Took us about 2mths to confirm the design concept for our place during this period of time of waiting for the keys. I would love to share the 3D drawings only when the time is right, probably after i got my keys. I've made a few purchases too recently, will update on my next post.
