I prefer to have a Freelance ID Designer that can help to design and recommend type of material to be used. I would prefer to engage them on piece meal basis. Any recommendation?
Thanks!

For spotlights/focused beams, you don't have much choice, either Halogen or LED. (fluorescent bulb spotlights are huge because of the tube and don't give out much light).I think standard PLC downlights 13w/18w are the ugliest light source, harsh and glaring. Much prefer MR16 spot lights.
My favourite light source is a diffused white lamp shade at around 1.5-1.6m.... it projects a lovely diffuse glow. But not practical for all rooms
halogen MR16 is too hot and consume lots of energy. should replace it with LED MR16 but output will be 85%

Hi,I will be needing to buy quite a lot of this for my new house.
I went around Jurong East + Tradehub area to look look see see and budget. They seems to be priced around $33 to $38 for small to medium sized ones.
I was told that Balestier can get at $19 complete set... Is it true? I haven't been there ... and didn't want to make a wasted trip if the price is around the same.
Thanks
PLC or Halogen Light?
