    Really sad to hear this. This actually tells people that even designers can't be trusted. For $53k, i would really expect quality finishing and good prompt service from the ID or contractor. But for the price you paid is not really worth the trouble you have been getting. Maybe you can ask for a 'FREE GIFT', and tell them that you are not happy with their service. In the mean time, i will inform my friends, relatives to beware of Whitespace. Thanks for sharing!
