Hi like some advice. I bought a second hand flat 5i and noticed that recently the bottom corners of my aluminium casement windows are damp with mold growing on the plaster. The upper corners are still fine. I examined the windows, besides the rubber gaskets looking a little worn and warped at the edges, it looks fine. Any suggestions on how should i fix the problem? Should i call a professional?
