    Hi Bro,

    I would like to purchase 3 Ceiling Fans for my 3 bedrooms. Not sure which Fans to buy. Preferably larger blades so that the air can be circulated around the room.

    The fans should come with LED Bright Lights.

    As the rooms are small i need to move my existing lights to cater for the fans to be in the center.

    Not sure whether the Fans will obstruct the ceiling lights.

    I am a bit confused.

    Appreciate can help me on this.

    Demolish Works

    1. To demolish the existing wall between kitchen & main entrance c/w cement screed. ($450)

    2. To hack off portion floor tiles & re-tiles between kitchen & main entrance. ($300)

    3. Professional engineer (Fee) ($400)

    Construct Works

    1. To construct shower kerbing at Master toilet c/w tiles. ($150)

    2. To construct cabinet base c/w tiling & cement screed at Kitchen. ($260)

    Tempered Glass Works

    1. To supply & install L 2ft H 6ft fixed (clear) Tempered glass at Master toilet. (10mm). ($320)

    2. To supply & install 2 fixed (clear) Tempered glass at Kitchen entrance. (10mm). ($780)

    3. To supply & install 1 sliding (clear) Tempered glass at Ktchen entrance. (10mm). ($420)

    (1st Payment) 10% deposit
