    Why the front loader come with heater? is it for the dryer? what if i only buy washer without dryer, will it still come with heater?

    Hi pal,

    Just to share some info abt washers keke..... :)

    Top loader washer (drum/tub spinning in the horizontal axis)

    - Uses more water as it need to fill up the tub (full) before it'll start the washing (full load)

    - Save electricity as there isn't any heater in the washer.

    - Will stretch yr T shirt in the vertical direction. After spin dry... :o

    Front loader washer. (drum/tub spinning in the vertical axis)

    - use less water as it'll not fill up the drum before it start washing. Only fill abt 1/3 of the drum. Using droping method to wash.

    - will use more electricity as there is a heater inside the washer. But on the other hand u can always turn off the heater...hee...

    - will not stretch yr clothes.

    I was recommended by a friend to contact this painter (Name : Pang). He and his fellow workers are Burmanese but their delivery and painting skills were very superb. If they promised to be by the house at 10am, they will be at your door step at 9:45 am. All floors and non-moveable items were well covered including the entire flooring. I used 2 different types of colors in each room and living hall. The line between the 2 colors was so amazing that I could not find any fault. I told him the color did not come out after the 2nd coat and he went to buy additional paint for 3rd coating. Very nice chap and worth trying.

    Dear All,

    I am in the middle of looking for contractor to do my piping.

    I am thinking to install storage water tank.

    The problem is I need to do repiping.

    1) may i ask how much it costs to do repiping for hot & cold for 2 toilets + 1 kitchen sink using stainless steel pipe?

    2) if i do away with kitchen hot piping, will the repiping cost be reduced a lot?

    3) if i am using instant heater, will the repiping cost be reduced a lot?

    My wife and I need your advise or experience on choosing mattress.

    1. what are the things to consider?

    2. in term of price range, can you list out the brand from the cheapest to the most expensive range?

    About us:

    a. we decide on queen size

    b. both of us are back-sleeper.

    c. we are early 30 years old.

    Please enlighten us.
